Rider Policies



Cancellations


  • Reservations cancelled 24 hours or more in advance of pickup time will receive a full refund.
  • Reservations cancelled within 2 to 24 hours before pickup time will receive a refund minus a $15.00 fee.
  • Reservations cancelled 2 hours or less before pickup time will not be eligible for a refund.


Schedule Change


As long as the new schedule does not impact an existing rider's schedule, we'd be happy to do so at no charge.

We'll work with you to find the optimal solution if we are booked at the time of your requested change.


Wait Time


If you're running a few minutes late we'll wait for you. It happens. We book our reservations in 15 minute increments.

This should help almost everyone. Should you need more than 5 minutes, we'll work with you but we need to bill for the wait time at a rate of $60.00 an hour in 15 minute increments. We will bill that seperately.


Additional Stops


If you suddenly get a Big Mac attack that is not on the original order, we'll charge accordingly with a wait time of $60.00

an hour billed in 15 minute increments.


Cleaning Fee


Our cleaning fees are comparable to other rideshare companies for mishaps such as vomiting or other bodily fluids.

Please let the driver know ahead of time to see if the situation can be avoided. In the case there is a need for a cleaning fee, this fee is typically between $100 and $200.
